Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to Solana learning sessions booked with Synap Flow Core Ltd, including Foundation Session, Wallet Walkthrough, Devnet Lab, and custom team onboarding.

2. Cancellation by you

• More than 7 days before the session: full refund of any prepaid fee, or free rescheduling to a mutually available date.
• 3–7 days before: 50% refund or one free reschedule within 60 days.
• Less than 48 hours before: no refund unless we can fill your place from a waiting list, in which case we refund minus a £15 administration fee.

3. No-shows

If you do not attend and did not cancel in accordance with this policy, the session fee is non-refundable. We may offer a discounted rebooking at our discretion.

4. Cancellation by us

If we cancel due to tutor illness or studio unavailability, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost.

5. Rescheduling

One free reschedule is included when requested at least 7 days in advance. Additional reschedules may incur a £10 administration fee.

6. Deposits

Team onboarding quotes may require a 30% deposit to hold dates. Deposits are refundable under the same timeframes as full session fees if cancellation occurs before preparation work begins.

7. Work already started

For custom team bookings, if we have delivered preparatory materials or scheduled multiple tutor hours before cancellation, refundable amounts exclude work completed at our standard hourly rate.

8. Non-refundable items

• Printed materials posted to you before cancellation.
• Travel costs already incurred for on-site team sessions.
• Evening or weekend supplements if cancellation falls within 48 hours.

9. Refund process

Email hello@synapflowcore.click with your booking reference and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable to distance contracts.
